Responsibility
- Process and document stock movements, receipts, and issues to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP or inventory systems and resolve discrepancies.
- Support warehouse team with daily counts, bin locations, and stock location updates.
- Prepare and distribute daily stock reports to procurement, sales, and operations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document control related to stock.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock replenishment.
- Assist in cycle counts, returns processing, and damaged goods reporting.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1-2 years of administrative or stock control experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian; English is a plus; able to work in a collaborative team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment.
