Your daily responsibilities include greeting customers, actively listening to their needs, recommending suitable products, and guiding them toward a purchase. You will operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process cash, credit, and mobile payments, issue receipts, and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift. Maintain neat displays, restock shelves, and ensure promotional signage is current. You’ll also handle returns and exchanges in a courteous and efficient manner and assist with inventory counts when needed.

Responsibility
- Welcome customers and understand their needs, providing outstanding service on the shop floor.
- Recommend products, demonstrate features, and upsell where appropriate to meet sales goals.
- Operate the POS system, process payments, issue receipts, and manage the cash drawer with accuracy.
- Handle returns and exchanges professionally while safeguarding store assets.
- Maintain clean, organized displays and ensure shelves are stocked and price tags are accurate.
- Participate in visual merchandising and assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a high-quality guest experience and support promotions.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math and cash handling abilities; comfortable with POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English is a plus for guest inquiries and promotions.
- Willingness to learn about products and participate in ongoing training.
