Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and promotions.
- Oversee inventory management, receiving, stock rotation, and shrinkage control.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance coaching, and a positive team culture.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure brand compliance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities; prepare actionable reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and loss prevention measures.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing retail team.
Qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail leadership or store management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory tools, and merchandising software.
- Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and optimize operations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, mornings, and evenings as needed.
- Bilingual English and French is preferred; ability to communicate with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated leadership with coaching and developing employees.
