Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations to ensure a flawless customer experience and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and coach a high-performing sales team, including scheduling, performance feedback, and career development.
- Drive visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect brand standards and maximize foot traffic.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average transaction value, conversion rate, and shrinkage; implement action plans.
- Oversee inventory management, receiving, and replenishment to optimize stock levels.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, POS accuracy, and daily reconciliation.
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to execute promotions and events.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and team members.
Qualification
- 3+ years of retail store management or supervisory experience, preferably in premium or fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills; ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, and basic data analysis.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail, or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and store operations compliance.
