Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations to deliver a premium customer experience and achieve sales targets.
- Coach and manage a team of sales associates, including scheduling, performance feedback, and development plans.
- Drive store profitability through effective merchandising, inventory control, and shrink reduction.
- Maintain exceptional visual standards and in-store presentation aligned with brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales metrics, set targets, and implement action plans to exceed KPIs.
- Develop lasting customer relationships and resolve issues with poise and professionalism.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing and events teams to execute promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail experience in luxury or fashion.
- 3+ years of retail management or supervisory experience in a high-end environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office; comfort with data-driven decision making.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
