Responsibility
- Lead and manage all store operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and operational excellence.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse sales team to meet personal and store KPIs.
- Drive sales growth by executing strategic merchandising, promotions, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
- Foster a guest-centric culture, handling escalations with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with regional partners on event planning, store openings, and initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail leadership experience.
- Minimum 3 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional guest service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and merchandising software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make decisions.
