In this role, you will oversee daily store activities, guide and motivate a small team, manage inventory and visuals, and collaborate with regional leadership on promotions and merchandising. Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations for the Fashion division, ensuring exceptional customer service and strict SOP compliance.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS transactions, and loss prevention.
- Drive sales by coaching the team, delivering product knowledge, and executing in-store promotions.
- Monitor and control inventory, perform stock counts, and coordinate replenishment to maintain assortment and availability.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, creating compelling product displays and ensuring accurate signage.
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Address customer concerns promptly, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary to protect the brand image.
- Collaborate with regional management to implement campaigns, gather feedback, and report performance metrics.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma; retail or management training is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail supervision or fashion retail, with a track record of leading teams.
- Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management, loss prevention, and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proactive, results-driven, with a hands-on management style.
