Private Advertiser is seeking a results-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will lead a growing partnerships practice, identify and secure high-value alliances, and drive revenue through collaborative initiatives that extend our market reach and product capabilities.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to design and activate partner programs, negotiate win-win terms, and ensure seamless onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking. This is an influential leadership role with the opportunity to shape our growth trajectory while mentoring a talented group of partnership professionals.
Your impact will be felt across the business as you develop a scalable partnerships strategy, actively source and engage prospective partners, negotiate commercial terms and contract structures, and manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to integrate partner solutions into our offerings and drive joint go-to-market campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a scalable partnerships strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify, approach, and secure strategic partners across technology, media, and commerce sectors.
- Negotiate terms, deal structures, and performance-based incentives; draft and manage partner agreements.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to integrate partner solutions and co-create go-to-market campaigns.
- Manage the partner lifecycle from onboarding and enablement to performance tracking and renewal planning.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners; serve as primary liaison and trusted advisor.
- Monitor ROI and KPIs, provide regular reporting, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances; experience in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million revenue partnerships and achieving targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at a senior level.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision making; proven forecast accuracy.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting; comfort with ambiguity.
- Local market knowledge of the Philippines or Southeast Asia region and an existing partner network is a plus.
