In this role you will: engage with guests to understand needs; explain programs; process registrations; and promote special offers in alignment with studio targets. You will collaborate with instructors and operations to ensure smooth class delivery, schedule optimization, and excellent guest service from arrival to finish. Your sales mindset, service excellence, and meticulous follow-up will help boost enrollment, drive member retention, and enhance the overall guest journey in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand goals and recommend studio experiences
- Promote classes, memberships, and events to achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle in-person and online registrations with attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service, including onboarding new members
- Collaborate with instructors and operations to ensure a seamless class experience
- Maintain clean, organized studio environment and safety standards
- Capture and relay guest feedback to improve programs and service
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, promotions, and pricing
Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales, retail, hospitality, or guest-facing roles
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Passion for cooking and culinary arts; interest in teaching or mentoring
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM or POS systems; detail-oriented and organized
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred but not required
