Responsibility
- Collaborate with art directors to plan shoots, create mood boards, and translate concepts into compelling imagery
- Set up and execute studio lighting, backdrops, and camera workflows for portrait, fashion, and product shoots
- Direct models and subjects to achieve authentic expressions and on-brand visuals
- Capture on-location shoots, adapting lighting and setup to environments while maintaining image quality
- Review and cull selects, perform post-production using Lightroom and Photoshop to deliver final edits
- Perform color corrections, retouching, and consistency checks across a cohesive gallery
- Manage equipment, props, and studio inventory, ensuring readiness for upcoming shoots
Qualification
- 2+ years of professional photography experience with a strong portfolio across portrait, product, and editorial work
- Proficiency in studio lighting, modifiers, and seamless background techniques
- Expertise in post-production with Lightroom and Photoshop; ability to deliver images in multiple formats
- Strong eye for composition, color grading, and storytelling through imagery
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients, directors, and teams
- Ability to manage multiple shoots and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment
- Willingness to travel for on-location shoots when required
