Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
- Lead and mentor a team of teachers (for Subject Head/Senior Teacher roles).
- Develop, review, and implement Mathematics curricula in line with MOE standards.
- Assess, track, and report on student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
- Inspire student-athletes to balance academic and sporting excellence.
- Organize and participate in enrichment activities, mathematics competitions, and school events.
- Provide academic counseling and support to students when required.
- Stay updated with best practices in education and integrate innovative teaching strategies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
- Recognized teaching qualification and/or MOE registration preferred.
- For leadership roles: Prior experience as Subject Head/Senior Teacher or leadership in Mathematics education.
- Strong knowledge of the latest Mathematics syllabus and assessment strategies.
- Passion for inspiring and mentoring student-athletes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
