Job description

ASML is seeking a dynamic and strategic Supplier Collaboration Engagement Manager in Singapore. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of supplier collaboration professionals, guiding complex programs that align supplier capabilities with ASML's product roadmaps. You will collaborate across procurement, engineering, quality, and operations to maximize supplier performance, drive cost efficiencies, and accelerate time to market for advanced semiconductor tooling.

You will own end-to-end supplier engagement, from onboarding and governance to performance management and risk mitigation. This position requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver premium supplier outcomes while upholding ASML's high standards for quality, compliance, and sustainability.

You will build and nurture strategic supplier relationships across regions, define supplier development plans, and lead cross-functional councils to address bottlenecks. You will design and monitor supplier scorecards, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and drive value engineering opportunities with key suppliers. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence product cycles, work with world-class engineers, and contribute to ASML's leadership in semiconductor technology.

Responsibility

  • Lead a team of supplier collaboration professionals, setting priorities, allocating resources, and managing performance against targets.
  • Forge and sustain strategic supplier relationships across regions to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and predictable performance.
  • Partner with procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D to align supplier capabilities with product roadmaps and demand signals.
  • Drive supplier-driven cost-out opportunities, value engineering, and process improvements that reduce lead times and total cost of ownership.
  • Develop and monitor supplier performance metrics; maintain robust supplier scorecards and conduct regular business reviews with key suppliers.
  • Own end-to-end supplier governance, onboarding, risk assessment, and escalation processes to mitigate supply chain risk.
  • Lead cross-functional programs to improve cycle times, onboarding, qualification, and time-to-market for critical programs; manage exceptions and change control.
  • Ensure compliance with ASML supplier standards, regulatory requirements, and environmental, social, and governance commitments; coordinate audits and corrective actions.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in supplier management, program management, or procurement, ideally within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and complex supplier programs from design to delivery.
  • Strong data analytics skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools; advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities across global teams.
  • Knowledge of supplier quality management, NPI, risk management, and time-to-market pressures.
