Join our team as a Supply Chain Manager in Chicago and lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a fast-growing organization. You will shape demand forecasting, inventory optimization, procurement, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Lead demand forecasting, S&OP alignment, and inventory planning to balance service levels and working capital.
- Drive end-to-end supply chain processes from procurement to delivery, including supplier selection and performance management.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to develop rolling forecasts and capacity plans.
- Manage logistics and transportation, optimize shipping routes, and reduce total landed cost.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement ERP, WMS, and other supply chain technology enhancements.
- Mitigate supply chain risks by building resilient supplier networks and contingency plans.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or equivalent) and advanced Excel or data tools.
- Proven experience with demand planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, and procurement.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem solving, project management, and change management capabilities; data-driven decision making.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed; knowledge of international shipments is a plus.
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM) are a plus.
