Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations ensuring optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute inventory management, demand planning, and procurement activities.
- Implement best practices for inventory accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Drive continuous process improvement and technology adoption.
- Report on key metrics to senior leadership and recommend actionable insights.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with ERP and supply chain management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Project management certification is a plus (e.g., PMP, APICS).
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
