Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, and service level attainment across multiple SKUs and facilities.
- Own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning cross-functional partners in Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics to forecast accuracy and supply reliability.
- Drive procurement strategies, supplier relationship management, and cost-to-serve improvements to reduce total landed costs.
- Optimize network design, transportation, and warehousing to ensure on-time delivery while controlling operating expenses.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), develop dashboards, and lead data-driven initiatives using ERP and BI tools.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage risk and compliance, and contribute to business continuity planning.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering cross-functional collaboration and talent development.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Strong experience with S&OP, demand planning, inventory optimization, and procurement.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP PP/MM/APO or Oracle NetSuite) and analytics tools; ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Solid data analytics skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) and a track record of developing impactful dashboards and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities; vendor management experience a plus.
- Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM are advantageous but not required.
