As a Surveyor, you will visit schools in Bangkalan and collaborate with school administrators, including administrative staff, teachers, and principals, to secure permits and coordinate access for program activities. You will document site conditions, measure spaces as needed, and capture accurate data to support decision making and project planning. This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and professional communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibility
- Plan and conduct on-site surveys of school locations and canteen facilities to collect data on layout, capacity, safety, and suitability for program activities.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with school staff including teachers and principals, and obtain necessary permissions in advance.
- Record accurate measurements, capture photos as needed, and document findings using standardized forms and digital tools.
- Verify information with school administrators and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with safety, privacy, and organizational guidelines during fieldwork.
- Prepare concise field reports and communicate findings to the project team and clients.
- Collaborate with program coordinators to plan next steps and logistics for program implementation.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian; ability to engage respectfully with school staff and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to multiple on-site locations and work independently in a field environment.
- Detail-oriented with solid data entry and reporting abilities.
- Basic measurement skills and familiarity with simple data collection tools or mobile apps.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using smartphones or tablets for data capture.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow safety protocols.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively while adhering to schedules.
