As a Surveyor & Field Sales professional (Yudistira FS Depot), you will be the face of our brand on the ground, building strong relationships with retailers, supermarkets, pharmacies, and distributors. You will identify growth opportunities, plan and execute promotional campaigns, monitor product visibility, pricing, and stock levels, and capture field feedback to shape future sales strategies. Your daily routine will combine planned route visits with flexible problem solving to ensure timely deliveries, accurate order processing, and accountability. You will report progress to the sales team, participate in regular training, and collaborate with marketing and logistics to optimize shelf presence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts in Pontianak and surrounding areas.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through active market development and effective route planning.
- Execute promotional campaigns, product merchandising, and in-store activations to maximize visibility.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, pricing, and stock levels.
- Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accurate documentation and credit terms.
- Provide timely feedback to the sales team and collaborate with marketing and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate call reports, pipeline data, and CRM records for performance tracking.
Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor's degree; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel within the city and surrounding areas; able to plan efficient sales routes.
- Must have own motorcycle and a valid SIM C driving license.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools; comfortable with data entry and reporting.
