Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement PLC-based automation systems for industrial processes.
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron, etc.) for machinery and production lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define control system requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and provide technical support for installed control systems.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation including control diagrams, software, and system installations.
- Analyze process requirements and recommend effective automation improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards during all project phases.
- Train end-users and maintenance staff on PLC systems and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and automation system integration.
- Proficiency with industrial PLC systems such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Omron.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation, process control, and instrumentation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
