Nova Entertainment Group is seeking a visionary Talent Acquisition Lead to fuel our growth across film, television, and digital entertainment projects. Based in Los Angeles, you will own end-to-end recruiting strategy, partner with production leaders, and build a diverse, high-performance talent pipeline that powers creative excellence.
In this role, you will advance our talent brand, optimize our hiring processes, and collaborate with showrunners, producers, and executive leadership to forecast needs and secure top talent who thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for all entertainment disciplines (production, development, post, design, and digital) across multiple projects.
- Partner with showrunners, production leadership, and HR to anticipate hiring needs and build scalable pipelines.
- Proactively source and nurture both active and passive candidates via social channels, industry events, campus partnerships, and referrals.
- Own the end-to-end interview process, drive a positive candidate experience, and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
- Lead employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing to attract diverse, top-tier talent.
- Implement metrics and reporting (time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance, DEI metrics) to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and realistic timelines; manage offers and negotiations with candidates.
Qualification
- Minimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within entertainment, media, or creative industries.
- Proven track record hiring for production, development, post-production, design, and digital roles in LA or comparable markets.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; comfortable influencing senior leaders.
- Deep knowledge of the Los Angeles talent market, compensation trends, and negotiating offers.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring; experience building inclusive pipelines.
- Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Professional certifications in talent acquisition or HR (preferred).
