In this role, you’ll partner with executives to translate business strategy into talent programs, drive leadership development, build succession plans, and shape a scalable talent operating model.

Responsibility

  • Lead the design and execution of the company’s talent management strategy aligned to business goals and growth plans.
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs, coaching, and succession planning to build a resilient leadership pipeline.
  • Create and maintain competency models, career paths, and performance calibration processes to drive accountability.
  • Design organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to support scale and agility.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to drive change management, engagement, and culture initiatives.
  • Lead talent analytics efforts to measure retention, promotions, engagement, and leadership pipeline health.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enable talent mobility and a learning-first culture across geographies.

Qualification

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or senior HR leadership.
  • Proven track record in leadership development, succession planning, competency modeling, and high-potential programs.
  • Strong business partner mindset with the ability to influence at the executive level and across functions.
  • Experience with change management, workforce analytics, and HRIS/people analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MS in HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Global or multi-site experience in a fast-growth or tech environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
