Weβre seeking a strategic Talent Management Leader to architect and execute the global talent agenda for a high-growth organization. Partner with executive leadership to design leadership development, succession planning, and competency-based programs that elevate performance, engagement, and retention across the enterprise.
The role blends strategy and hands-on delivery, leveraging analytics to inform workforce planning and talent interventions that scale with the business.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a scalable talent management strategy aligned with business goals and company vision.
- Lead succession planning and career path frameworks across functions and levels.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, coaching, and high-potential identification.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement performance management and competency models.
- Own talent analytics and reporting to drive data-informed people decisions.
- Partner on organizational design and change management initiatives to support growth and transformation.
- Partner with Learning & Development to curate internal programs and external partnerships.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, or HR strategy, ideally in global or matrixed organizations.
- Proven track record in succession planning, career pathing, and competency frameworks.
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in HR analytics and workforce planning tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive-facing facilitation skills.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PDLP are plus.
- Experience navigating change management and organizational design in high-growth environments.
