In this role, you will own the Talent Management roadmap, including succession planning, leadership development, performance calibration, and internal mobility. You’ll translate business strategy into talent initiatives, measure impact with analytics, and advocate for a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibility

  • Lead the design and execution of the end-to-end Talent Management strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee succession planning and career pathing for critical roles; build robust leadership pipelines.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and executives to identify high-potential talent and create targeted development plans.
  • Manage the performance management cycle, including calibration, feedback, and rewards alignment.
  • Develop and implement leadership development, coaching, and mentoring programs to grow next‑generation leaders.
  • Advance workforce analytics to monitor retention, attrition, DEI metrics, and program effectiveness; deliver actionable insights.
  • Drive internal mobility and talent marketplace initiatives to optimize the talent pipeline and reduce external hiring.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management or HR, with a track record of leading large-scale programs.
  • Deep knowledge of succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and competency frameworks.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and people analytics.
  • Strong analytical, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills; excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • Project management mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPTD/CIPD, SHRM-SCP, CPLP) are a plus.
