Responsibility

  • Lead the design and execution of the company's talent management strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs, coaching, and succession planning pathways.
  • Oversee performance management, calibration processes, and career path mapping across divisions.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent analytics, and data-driven decision making to optimize talent investments.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify skills gaps and lead upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
  • Lead learning and development initiatives, including LMS governance and content curation.
  • Champion employee engagement and retention strategies to reduce turnover and strengthen culture.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR leadership.
  • Proven track record in leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR analytics and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with change management and HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, matrixed organization; travel as needed.
