In this role, you will collaborate with executives and HR leaders to drive leadership development, succession planning, performance optimization, and data-driven workforce planning. You will translate business strategy into actionable talent programs, coach senior leaders, and foster inclusive leadership across the enterprise.
Responsibility
- Design and implement an enterprise talent management strategy aligned to business goals.
- Lead leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential programs.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify critical skills and create development plans.
- Develop performance management processes and metrics to drive accountability and growth.
- Build talent analytics dashboards to inform workforce planning and risk mitigation.
- Coach managers on talent conversations, feedback, and inclusive leadership.
- Oversee learning programs, career pathing, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Ensure global consistency while tailoring programs to local needs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years in talent management or organizational development, with leadership exposure.
- Proven track record in leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and storytelling ability; proficient in HRIS and data tools (eg Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional teams in a fast-growing environment.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence without authority.
