Join AstraHR Solutions as a Talent Management Lead and shape how high performing teams grow, perform, and stay engaged. This is a strategic, cross functional role partnering with HR, Operations, and leadership to design scalable talent development programs.
You will lead talent development, succession planning, leadership coaching, and performance management initiatives designed to fuel organizational growth and retention.
Responsibility
- Design and implement scalable talent management programs including succession planning and leadership development
- Lead performance management processes ensuring calibration, fairness, and alignment to business strategy
- Develop and deliver executive coaching and development plans for senior leaders
- Partner with business leaders to identify critical roles and high potential talent and create development roadmaps
- Drive data driven talent analytics to inform workforce planning, retention, and capability gaps
- Oversee learning and development initiatives including LMS programs and onboarding improvements
- Lead change management efforts for organizational design and policy evolution
- Collaborate on workforce planning during growth, mergers, or restructures
Qualification
- Minimum 6 years in talent management, organizational development, or HR with leadership experience
- Proven track record in succession planning and leadership development
- Strong analytics and data storytelling; proficient with HRIS and LMS platforms
- Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and influencing skills across organizational levels
- Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs and assessments
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; MBA or MHRM preferred
- Strong communication, change management, and collaboration capabilities
