Job description

NovaPeak Technologies is seeking a strategic and data driven Talent Management Lead to shape and execute the company's people strategy across functions. Responsibility

  • Design and implement enterprise talent management strategies aligned to business goals, including succession planning and leadership development
  • Lead annual talent reviews, calibrations, and mobility programs to ensure robust leadership pipelines
  • Partner with executives to identify critical roles and embed coaching, development plans, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Develop and deliver scalable leadership development programs, coaching, and experiential learning
  • Create data driven dashboards and analytics to measure effectiveness of talent initiatives and inform decisions
  • Collaborate with HR partners to address capability gaps through targeted learning and development interventions
  • Drive DEI considerations within talent management and create inclusive leadership programs
  • Oversee external training partners and vendors to scale learning programs

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field; Master's preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, or HR strategy
  • Strong experience with succession planning, performance management, and coaching
  • Proven ability to analyze data, create insights, and translate into action
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with learning management systems and HRIS; proficiency in data analytics tools is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, matrixed environment with strong problem solving
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
