We are looking for a strategic Talent Management Lead who can design and execute scalable talent initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and drive measurable impact on performance and culture. This is a high-visibility role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
\nBased in Seattle, this role will oversee leadership development, succession planning, performance processes, and workforce planning across multiple business units. You will empower leaders with data-driven insights, build robust pipelines for critical roles, and champion a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Management strategy aligned with business goals across the organization.
- Lead leadership development programs, high-potential identification, and succession planning for critical roles.
- Design and optimize performance management processes including calibration and feedback cycles.
- Collaborate with HR analytics to identify gaps, forecast talent needs, and measure program impact.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational design, change management, and learning initiatives.
- Manage talent review cycles, stakeholder communications, and executive coaching as needed.
Qualification
- Minimum 8 years in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR leadership roles.
- Proven track record in leadership development, succession planning, and talent reviews.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics, metrics, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering with C-suite executives.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology; Master’s preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems and learning platforms; change management capabilities.
- Ability to influence across levels and drive cultural transformation.
