Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Management strategy aligned with business goals across the organization.
  • Lead leadership development programs, high-potential identification, and succession planning for critical roles.
  • Design and optimize performance management processes including calibration and feedback cycles.
  • Collaborate with HR analytics to identify gaps, forecast talent needs, and measure program impact.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational design, change management, and learning initiatives.
  • Manage talent review cycles, stakeholder communications, and executive coaching as needed.

Qualification

  • Minimum 8 years in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in leadership development, succession planning, and talent reviews.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics, metrics, and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering with C-suite executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology; Master’s preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and learning platforms; change management capabilities.
