Job description

Northpoint Technologies is seeking a results-driven Talent Management Lead to architect and execute our global talent strategy. This role partners with executive leadership to ensure the right people, capabilities, and leadership pipelines to fuel rapid, sustainable growth.

In this role, you will design and implement scalable programs across performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and inclusive, high-performing culture.

Responsibility

  • Partner with executive leadership to define and execute the global talent strategy aligned to business goals.
  • Design and administer performance management, competency frameworks, and development plans to accelerate employee growth.
  • Lead succession planning and critical role mapping to minimize risk and foster internal mobility.
  • Develop leadership development programs, coaching, and mentoring initiatives for high-potential employees.
  • Collaborate with HR and business partners to forecast talent needs and optimize workforce planning using data analytics.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and change management during organizational transformations.
  • Manage and measure ROI of talent programs through metrics, dashboards, and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR.
  • Proven track record in succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HRIS, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and partnership-building abilities.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent programs.
