Join NovaPulse Talent Partners as the Talent Management Lead in London. You will shape and execute a comprehensive talent strategy for our enterprise clients, ensuring sustainable leadership pipelines and high-impact development programs. This is a hybrid role with a strong focus on partnering with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people strategy.

Responsibility
- Define and execute a holistic talent management strategy aligned to business goals, including leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs and high-potential pipelines across functions.
- Partner with senior leaders to map critical roles, identify gaps, and implement targeted development and retention initiatives.
- Oversee performance management enhancements and calibration to drive accountability and meaningful feedback cycles.
- Develop competency models and career frameworks to enable clear progression and internal mobility.
- Leverage HR analytics to measure program impact, inform decisions, and continuously optimize talent interventions.
- Collaborate with L&D, HR Operations, and Total Rewards to create integrated talent experiences and improved EX.
- Foster a data-driven, inclusive culture by championing DE&I in talent programs and communications.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 7+ years in talent management/Talent Development, with demonstrated impact in large or global organizations.
- Proven experience in leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential programs.
- Strong analytic capabilities and experience with HRIS and people analytics tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills; ability to influence at C-suite level.
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and program management skills.
- Experience leading change initiatives and operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
