Responsibility

  • Define and execute a holistic talent management strategy aligned to business goals, including leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs and high-potential pipelines across functions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to map critical roles, identify gaps, and implement targeted development and retention initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management enhancements and calibration to drive accountability and meaningful feedback cycles.
  • Develop competency models and career frameworks to enable clear progression and internal mobility.
  • Leverage HR analytics to measure program impact, inform decisions, and continuously optimize talent interventions.
  • Collaborate with L&D, HR Operations, and Total Rewards to create integrated talent experiences and improved EX.
  • Foster a data-driven, inclusive culture by championing DE&I in talent programs and communications.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years in talent management/Talent Development, with demonstrated impact in large or global organizations.
  • Proven experience in leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential programs.
  • Strong analytic capabilities and experience with HRIS and people analytics tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills; ability to influence at C-suite level.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and program management skills.
  • Experience leading change initiatives and operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
