You will lead the development of leadership pipelines, succession, performance and learning initiatives that enable a high-performance culture and sustainable growth.
Responsibility
- Partner with executive leadership to design and execute talent management strategies aligned to business goals.
- Lead succession planning and leadership development programs to ensure continuity at all levels.
- Develop workforce analytics and dashboards to measure talent health, turnover, and ROI of talent initiatives.
- Oversee performance management processes and calibration to promote fair, consistent feedback and high performance.
- Design and deliver learning and development programs, coaching, and mentoring for high-potential talent.
- Consult with managers on talent conversations, career paths, and internal mobility.
- Collaborate on organization design and workforce planning during growth or change initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master in HR, Business, or related field; MBA or MS preferred.
- 7-10+ years in talent management or HR roles, with experience influencing senior leaders.
- Strong analytics mindset with experience in HRIS and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Experience with change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or HCI are a plus.
