We are seeking a Talent Management Specialist to design and deliver strategy that unlocks leadership potential, accelerates development, and ensures sustainable performance across the enterprise.
You will partner with senior leaders to build durable succession plans, leadership programs, and data-driven talent analytics that inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Management strategy aligned with business goals and workforce needs.
- Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives to create a pipeline of future leaders.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to drive performance management, calibration, and high-potential identification.
- Design learning and development programs, coaching, and capability frameworks to accelerate progress and measurable impact.
- Establish robust talent analytics dashboards to monitor engagement, attrition risks, and talent mobility.
- Partner with DEI leads to embed inclusive talent practices across recruiting, development, and advancement.
- Manage external partnerships and vendor programs for leadership training and executive coaching.
- Provide strategic advisory to executive leadership on risk, succession, and organizational design related to talent.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or related HR disciplines.
- Proven track record designing and delivering succession planning, development programs, and leadership coaching.
- Strong data analytics skills and experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management capabilities.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent processes.
