Responsibility
- Design and implement talent management programs including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify critical talent and skill gaps, proposing targeted solutions.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives and monitor effectiveness through analytics.
- Partner with Learning & Development to design competency frameworks and training roadmaps.
- Leverage HR technologies to enhance data-driven talent decisions and reporting.
- Advise on best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
- Support change management efforts related to organizational growth and transformation.
- Facilitate high-potential employee assessments and career pathing discussions.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR business partnering.
- Proven track record designing and implementing talent strategies in a corporate environment.
- Expertise in competency models, succession planning, and employee engagement techniques.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is highly desirable.
