Responsibility

- Develop and maintain a national and international scouting network to identify elite athletes across multiple sports. \n
- Conduct field assessments, measure athletic metrics, and document performance using standardized templates. \n
- Collaborate with coaching staff and analytics to establish objective evaluation criteria and shortlist finalists. \n
- Manage relationships with agents, clubs, and development academies; negotiate terms and secure commitments. \n
- Design and execute talent pipeline strategies, including participation in combines and talent showcases. \n
- Travel to events, trials, and competitions; ensure compliance with league and organizational regulations. \n
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the recruiting CRM; provide weekly progress reports to leadership. \n
Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience. \n
- 5+ years in talent identification, scouting, or athlete recruitment within professional or semi-professional contexts. \n
- Comprehensive knowledge of multiple sports and performance metrics; ability to project future potential. \n
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. \n
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with agents, clubs, and development programs. \n
- Proficiency with data management tools and analytics; experience with Excel, SQL, or CRM systems. \n
- Willingness to travel up to 60% and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. \n
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus. \n
