Responsibility

  • Assist cross-functional teams on ad hoc projects and ensure timely communication and follow-up.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaborative tools (email, calendar apps, file sharing).
