As a Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting test plans, diagnosing issues, and supporting production and field operations. Responsibility
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design, implement, and validate technical solutions for electronics and embedded systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and data-driven analysis for components and systems.
- Set up, maintain, and calibrate test rigs and equipment to support ongoing test activities.
- Document test results, create clear reports, and communicate findings with actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Support production lines with debugging and on-site technical assistance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines, and project timelines throughout the lifecycle.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience in hardware testing, embedded systems, or technical support within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of PCB testing, firmware basics, diagnostic tools, and data collection techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in documenting results, creating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
