Responsibility
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct customer visits and develop strong, lasting business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide technical support and expert guidance during the laminating process for footwear production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process or product-related technical issues on-site and remotely.
- Offer product recommendations and technical solutions based on specific customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze process performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct training sessions for production teams on the proper use of laminating chemicals and techniques.
- Document technical findings and report feedback to the R&D and production departments.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety and quality standards.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or production roles, preferably within the footwear or chemical manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of laminating processes, machinery, and relevant chemical products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and on-site technical support in Jepara and surrounding areas.
- Familiarity with safety and quality management practices in a manufacturing environment.
