We are seeking a skilled Technician for Kitchen Electrical and Gas Appliances to join Superior Kitchen Equipment, a leading provider of high-quality commercial and residential kitchen solutions in Singapore. The successful candidate will diagnose, install, service, and repair a wide range of appliances including electrical ovens, gas ranges, hoods, dishwashers, and water heaters. You will work on-site at customer locations in Yishun and across the North Region, delivering safe, reliable performance with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibility
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical and gas-powered kitchen appliances such as ovens, stoves, hoods, dishwashers, and water heaters.
- Install and commission new appliances, ensuring compliance with electrical and gas safety standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Troubleshoot faults using diagnostic tools, test equipment, and schematics.
- Provide accurate documentation of service activities, parts used, and recommended follow-ups.
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues, proposed solutions, and safety considerations.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold company safety policies and procedures.
Qualification
- Technical diploma or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, or gas appliance servicing.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience servicing kitchen electrical and gas appliances preferred.
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, gas safety, and relevant Singapore standards (WSH, SCDF).
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and product manuals.
- Proficient use of diagnostic tools, multimeters, gas detectors, and safety equipment.
- Good communication and customer service skills; able to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
- Valid Class 3/3A driver's license is a plus; willingness to travel to client sites as required.
