Job description
We are looking for a skilled Technician Team Leader to join our team at Mitra10. As a Technician Team Leader, you will be responsible for understanding and mastering Cooling Technology (AC). You should be able to perform AC compressor replacements, understand pipe welding processes, flushing, and vacuum techniques.
Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians
- Perform AC compressor replacements
- Ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members
Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in AC maintenance and repair
- Proficient in welding, flushing, and vacuum techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Certification in Cooling Technology will be a plus
