As a Telecom Account Executive, you will be the key liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring that every telecom solution is precisely matched to customer needs. You will work closely with sales, product, operations, and billing to deliver a seamless experience from onboarding through renewal. Your responsibilities include building trust with clients, understanding their current and future requirements, and translating those insights into tailored solutions that drive value and long-term partnerships.

Responsibility

  • Manage and nurture assigned client accounts within the telecom sector, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution, coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; collaborate with product and solutions teams to tailor offerings that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and service renewals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
  • Coordinate onboarding, deployment, and service delivery with operations and engineering teams to ensure a smooth implementation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline and forecasts, and report progress to management on a regular basis.
  • Monitor service levels, billing accuracy, and contract compliance to protect client value and company revenue.
  • Stay informed about market trends and telecom products to provide strategic advice and drive account growth.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in telecom or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric orientation.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office; ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
