As part of the administrative and collections team, you will maintain clear documentation, coordinate with sales and finance, and deliver reliable data entry to support billing cycles and customer communications. Responsibility

  • Manage accounts receivable activities including invoice generation, payment tracking, and reconciliation of customer payments.
  • Process and follow up on outstanding invoices for sales staff and collectors.
  • Prepare and maintain billing schedules, aging reports, and collections documentation.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve billing discrepancies and payment statuses.
  • Maintain organized filing for invoices, receipts, and settlement documents, both digital and physical.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure accurate data entry and timely settlements.
  • Support additional administrative tasks such as data entry, document scanning, and coordinating with vendors as needed.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, or collections is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; comfortable with data entry and basic financial calculations.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian; English is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic financial processes and documentation standards.
