Saintbridge Theological Seminary invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Theology Professor. We seek a scholar who combines robust theological scholarship with a dedication to teaching and spiritual formation. The successful candidate will contribute to our BA and MDiv programs, supervise masters and doctoral theses, and engage with communities beyond the campus.

Responsibility
- Teach undergraduate and graduate theology courses across core and elective areas
- Develop and revise curricula, syllabi, and assessment practices
- Supervise student theses, capstones, and independent research projects
- Lead and participate in faculty governance, committees, and program development
- Conduct rigorous theological research and publish in peer-reviewed venues
- Engage in community outreach, interfaith dialogue, and public scholarship
- Advise students on academic and career paths and mentor early-career faculty
Qualification
- PhD or nearing completion in Theology, Religious Studies, or a closely related field
- Evidence of excellence in teaching and student mentorship
- Strong record of scholarly publication and potential for tenure review
- Ability to teach in multiple theological traditions and to integrate critical inquiry with faith formation
- Experience with curriculum design and assessment; knowledge of online and hybrid pedagogy
- Commitment to inclusive excellence and working with diverse student populations
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to participate in committees and campus life
