Testing and Commissioning Manager

Join JDE Peet's as a Testing and Commissioning Manager in Singapore and lead the testing and commissioning of water treatment and water reuse systems for strategic projects. This senior role is pivotal to ensure that all plant equipment, control systems, and processes meet design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations from first day of operations. You will shape the T&C strategy, develop comprehensive test plans, and establish robust commissioning procedures that drive safe, efficient, and reliable performance across complex industrial networks.

As the T&C leader, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and client representatives. You will oversee FAT and SAT activities, manage on‑site testing of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems (SCADA/PLC), and ensure accurate validation of performance targets, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Your oversight will extend to the creation and delivery of critical documentation, including test records, commissioning reports, as‑built drawings, and operation and maintenance manuals, culminating in a formal handover to operations.
