Responsibility

  • Oversee production calendars, schedules, and deadlines across multiple shows.
  • Coordinate load-in, tech rehearsals, previews, performances, and strikes with stage management and crews.
  • Manage travel, accommodations, and per diem for visiting artists and crews.
  • Maintain show files, budgets, and resource tracking; communicate risks and mitigation plans.

Qualification
