Responsibility
- Oversee production logistics from rehearsal to opening night, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional show quality.
- Manage production calendar, milestones, and cross-team coordination with artistic, technical, and venue teams.
- Monitor budgets, approve expenditures, and pursue cost efficiencies without compromising artistic integrity.
- Collaborate with Stage Management on load-in, load-out, and tech rehearsals to ensure safe, efficient runs.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for equipment, scenery, costumes, and services.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and manage risk assessments for all productions.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in theater production, arts administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of theater production, stage management, or operations experience.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proven collaboration across departments.
- Experience with venue operations, load-in/load-out, and technical rehearsals.
- Proficiency in project management tools and standard office software; familiarity with theater software is a plus.
