Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all technical aspects for theater productions.
- Manage production budgets and schedules, ensuring timely execution within allocated resources.
- Supervise and lead technical crews, including lighting, sound, set design, and stage management teams.
- Collaborate closely with directors, designers, and artists to achieve creative vision.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and venue policies.
- Maintain supplier and vendor relationships for production resources.
- Implement and monitor effective production workflows & troubleshooting solutions.
- Report progress and updates to senior management regularly.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Theater Production, Performing Arts, or closely related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in theater production management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills within a theatrical environment.
- In-depth knowledge of technical theater (lighting, sound, set construction).
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated budget management and scheduling expertise.
- Proficiency with industry-standard production software and tools.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required.
