Responsibility
- Oversee all aspects of theater production operations from pre-production through closing night.
- Develop and manage production schedules to guarantee timely project delivery.
- Coordinate logistics for rehearsals, set construction, technical setup, and performances.
- Supervise technical, stage, and backstage crews for efficiency and safety.
- Manage relationships with directors, designers, and performers to achieve artistic goals.
- Monitor budgets, procurement, and expenditure for each production.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and theater policies.
- Address and resolve any production or performance issues swiftly and professionally.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Theater, Arts Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of production management experience in a live theater environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Expertise in scheduling, logistics, and budgeting for theatrical productions.
- Working knowledge of stagecraft, lighting, sound, and technical theater.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
