Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee all stage operations during rehearsals and performances.
- Act as the primary liaison between directors, cast, crew, and production staff.
- Create detailed production schedules and maintain impeccable show documentation.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all stage equipment and props.
- Manage timing, cues, and transitions to maintain performance excellence.
- Resolve technical and personnel issues quickly and professionally.
- Lead pre-show safety checks and supervise backstage crew members.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across all departments.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Theater, Arts Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional stage management experience.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proven leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with technical theater operations and terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
