Responsibility
- Oversee all aspects of theatre productions from pre-production to closing night
- Develop and manage production budgets, schedules, and logistics
- Coordinate with directors, designers, cast, and crew to ensure seamless performances
- Supervise technical rehearsals and monitor set, lighting, and sound installations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies
- Manage procurement and organization of production materials and equipment
- Collaborate closely with marketing and ticketing teams
- Provide leadership and mentorship to production team members
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts, Performing Arts Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in theatre production management
- Strong understanding of stagecraft, technical theatre, and live performance logistics
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with union regulations and industry standards
- Passion for the performing arts and contributing to creative excellence
