Responsibility
- Oversee all technical, administrative, and logistical aspects of theatrical productions.
- Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for productions and events.
- Supervise technical staff, stage crew, and external vendors.
- Collaborate with directors and designers to realize artistic visions efficiently and safely.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and venue standards.
- Manage rehearsal and performance schedules, troubleshooting challenges as they arise.
- Maintain inventory of scenic, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Drive process improvements and uphold a culture of innovation.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Production, Stage Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing live theatre productions.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.
- Advanced understanding of lighting, sound, and stagecraft technology.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Prior experience in a professional performing arts venue preferred.
