Responsibility

  • Lead or co lead seminars and workshops on contemporary theological issues.

Qualification

  • PhD in Theology, Religious Studies, or a closely related field (or ABD with a strong record of progress).
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college or seminary level; strong classroom management and assessment skills.
  • Proven scholarly publication and ongoing research agenda in theology or related disciplines.
  • Experience designing innovative curricula and integrating digital tools and active learning strategies.
  • Strong communication, mentorship, and collaboration skills; commitment to student success and inclusive education.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations and a commitment to equity and inclusion.
  • Ability to contribute to service roles such as committees, accreditation processes, and program development.
